Nestled on Bukid Street in the heart of Bulakan, Barangay Matungao, Bessie's Bistro and Cafe was born from simple belief; that great food doesn't need to be complicated or expensive - it just needs to be made with care.
We became known as the "House of Pancit Guisado" because aren't just a dish - they're a tradition. Every plate is stir-fried fresh, loaded with ingredients and seasoned the way lola used to do it.
